You can download our SPM toolbox here. The toolbox contains a Readme file which walks through the key steps for each type of analysis. The toolbox has a GUI interface but we recommend using batch *.m scripts. An advantage of using batch scripts is that you have a record of everything you have done. Once your individual subjects’ data are analyzed, running the toolbox scripts takes only a few minutes.
